Andrea has been an AFAA certified group exercise instructor since 2014. Teaching is not just a job for her, it’s a fun way to get to workout, and interact with a great group of people. She loves the positive energy her participants bring to class! The goal she has for her class is to make everyone sweat, smile, and have fun!

She has taught a wide variety of classes: Yoga/Pilates, Step, Strength, and Cardio. Her mottos are “There is never a bad day in the gym.” and “Love yourself enough to take care of you!” In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Payton 17 and Audrey 2, and running half marathons. Andrea attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
